The top dry white from Château Chantegrive in the Graves, the Cuvée Caroline is a blend of equal parts old vine semillon and sauvignon blanc which has been aged in 50% new oak barrels for nine months. Top white Bordeaux such as this always benefits from time in bottle, and now this is really singing. With aromas of toasted lime, mint and passionfruit this is an outstanding mature white offered at an unbeatable price.
